I made it there at 5:45 2 kids left and a girl was in front of me. She went to the back cool another lady came in at 6:30. They put me and her in a chair at the same time she took polish off her nails for a gel mani she took the polish off mines and put a tip on. That woman started working on that lady nails like I wasn’t there first ! By then I turned and asked her do you do these type of nails she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about then she said I don’t do long nails don’t do and can’t do are entirely different. They will never have to worry about getting my money anymore! By the way it was only a nail repair and I’d been waiting more than 30 minutes already as if my time wasn’t valuable

Critical: Quality, ValueLast week we went and got our nails done cost 100 dollars and they didnt even last a week before cracking and coming up . Go back today to get them refilled because they started coming up and cracking told the lady it’s only been 7 days can yall fix them she said with refill then they charge me another 72 dollars and today they have bumps in them. Also they only had 2 works today 4 last time it took longer last time with 4 then with 2 .. My experience was fantastic. I had my gel polish soaking while he massaged my arms. He was gentle, friendly, and polite. My toes came out perfect. I can’t speak for nails but my gel toes are nice. Also, he took his time. Nice exfoliation. Thanks. Pedicure

Went in a few weeks later to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady took the skin off my eyebrows and waxed off the tip of my eyebrow . Will never go back .Services: Gel manicures, Facial treatments

I’ve tried to give this place a chance multiple times. I’ve been here on 4 separate occasions and left unsatisfied all 4 times. They are SLOW, expensive and not nearly as talented as they should be for the prices they are charging. Last night was the final straw. Against my better judgement, I gave them one last try. I got a soak off and a full set. I made it to the shop at 4:15, by 7:00 she was just starting the design on my nails. I stopped her and asked her to just topcoat them because at almost 3 hours, that was absolutely ridiculous and I needed to go home. Her speed was rough but the fact that she cut me 4 times and blamed it on “a new drill” is what sealed the deal for me. If you know what’s best for you, you’ll bypass this place entirely and find a shop worthy of your time and money. Trust me, THIS PLACE AINT IT!!

I don’t usually post reviews, but it needs to be done. Let me start off by saying SAVE YOUR MONEY. My friend and I made an appointment and they took us back together and immediately started working on her while I sat there and watched 2 walk ins get started on by other people. I thought hmm I guess making appointments don’t matter. I then told the lady two different times my water was super COLD and she did nothing except let me sit in that cold water for 40 minutes watching my friend and the two walk ins get their feet done My friend then goes to get her nails done while I’m still waiting for my pedicure. Now we came together for a reason. In hopes to leave together to get lunch after we were done. Anyway She finishes her gel nails and I’m not even halfway done my pedicure at this point. So my friend left to go to work while I finished up because why make her wait an hour for me when we should have been leaving together. I was there from 9-12!! To top it all off TWO of my shellac nails are peeling up and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. Worst $60 bucks I’ve ever spent!!!

Literal worst experience I’ve ever had! I went in to get a mani pedi for my nursing school graduation. She burnt my legs with towels and hot rocks while getting a pedicure and then for my manicure she sliced all of my fingers on my right hand with a nail file! And you can still see my natural nail through the gel polish. Will absolutely never go back. Also, got mad because I didn’t tip her!
