I have been to literally all the TOP Rated nail salons in Bristol. And I have finally found a place that does my nails as they were done in NY. I will never go anywhere else. It’s so good to finally find a place that knows what they are doing!! A little bit pricey but I rather pay for an amazing job! Only have to go once a month n got a pedi to. iDesign best hands down and has a customer faithfully. I will never go anywhere else as long as I’m in CT!!

Came here with a bridal party and although this was my 1st time with a bridal party I feel like they went above and beyond for us! I cannot stlay enough about how wonderful the staff is here. They make you feel like you are party of the family not to mention do killer nails! A week later and my nails still look amazing! If I was local this would be my nail care spot!

This place looks fancy and it’s clean! Nice people. The problem I had is that they ask me how I’m paying and when I told them cash, she said 20. It’s clearly $18, but she rounded up taxes.. so when I offered to pay with card, she said it would be an additional fee. To wax a lip & chin here is super expensive, not to mention the inflated taxes… I wouldn’t come here again.

Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityMy daughter and I had pedicures on a Sunday. One of the few places in town open. The business was clean and were professional, and friendly.My complaint- if you don’t have cash you can only use cash app. It was expensive for gel nail polish,$20 extra, plus tip cost $135.But later when home I realized my feet were still rough since it was first pedicure this year. I hate to complain but for the price we paid I should be satisfied.Ending on a good note we enjoyed ourselves and nail tech was awesome and experiencewas nice! I like their work but they seem to be more on the expensive side . The one thing I didn’t like about them was they just assume u know how all this works and don’t really explain what they provide or even take the time to hear what you want. They were in a rush all the time.

I was coming back for the woman at the back nail desk by the window. She never even put me in the appointment book and wasn’t there, so the other staff scrambled to fit me in when they should have rescheduled. I was rushed and corners were cut to save time. I ended up with the woman at the back center nail desk she was friendly, but my nails were never shaped or filed down correctly. She went super quick and kept checking the clock because she had an appointment of her own soon. My nails are super bulky and the acrylic was left thick. You can also see my previous color on the sides of some of my nails and my toes because again she was rushing. I paid $75 for a fill and color change on my toes and I’m definitely disappointed. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to make my next appointment because I would most likely have tried the man in there next.

This is my favorite nail salon in Bristol! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The techs are great, they do a wonderful job. My favorite is Sofie, she is so detail oriented that my nails always last at least a month
