Not only did they fix my hair, but Rachel gave me the best color I have ever had in my life. They were all so friendly and professional. Rachel is a true colorist and the best of the best. Positive: QualityKirsten Mendes at Identity was recommended to me by my hairstylist of 6 years that was moving away. I have now had her as my stylist for a couple years. I really appreciate that she is completely open to hear my thoughts on trying something, build off of the idea and ultimately provide a high quality cut every time. I never feel like I might get a bad cut from Kirsten because she is having an “off day” which has happened when trying others. Kirsten is professionally personal and does a great job of treating and knowing me as an individual without it feeling like I have a chatty Kathy cutting my hair. Kirsten Mendes at Identity was recommended to me by my hairstylist of 6 years that was moving away. I have now had her as my stylist for a couple years. I really appreciate that she is completely open to hear my thoughts on trying something, build off of the idea and ultimately provide a high quality cut every time.
