I’ve been a client of Kristen’s since before she opened this new salon and I would follow her anywhere! She is so genuine and kind, but also extremely talented! I always look forward to chatting with her during our appointments. She has helped me transform the health of my hair over several years and that’s difficult when you like to be very blonde. She is also a master at extensions! She’s gone above and beyond to squeeze me in for an appointment when I thought I accidentally ruined my extension hair (and she fixed it!). I cannot say enough good things about Kristen and her team at Identity! I’ve been a client of Kristen’s since before she opened this new salon and I would follow her anywhere! She is so genuine and kind, but also extremely talented! I always look forward to chatting with her during our appointments. Kristen went over everything from cost, color, length. She was very thorough and asked questions about how I usually style my hair and things to figure out if the extensions were suited for me and so she knew how to color it to my liking. I’ve never had anyone ask me questions like that and I’ve had extensions done many times in my life. (Literally had a halo done at a different salon last year and my experience was horrible, I was rushed, my color was WAY off from what I asked for, and I paid double the price…)These extensions came out AMAZING. I can’t believe how natural it looks and my hair was barely shoulder length. People at work who see me EVERYDAY couldn’t tell my hair was fake. The color was exactly what I asked for, which I haven’t been able to say that about any hair stylist for a few years now. It was so nice to leave the salon smiling ear to ear. If you’re wondering about the extensions themselves they are super easy to care for. You hardly need to wash your hair. And styling is a breeze because the extensions hold curls for days!! They are very lightweight as well. As far as Kristen herself she is very professional and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She was super accommodating to get me in for a cut/consult and she knew I was trying to get in as soon as possible for the extensions so when a cancellation happened she reached out to me and I got to look like a beauty queen a whole month earlier than expected and bonus it was right before my vaca! If you’re interested in a cut, color, or extensions, (maybe all 3?) I’d highly recommend hair identity co and Kristen!! She was very thorough and asked questions about how I usually style my hair and things to figure out if the extensions were suited for me and so she knew how to color it to my liking.
