The barbers are great at what they do but when a person comes in and waits for 35 to 40 min for a haircut because (walk in welcome) means you get skipped regardless of how long you waited even though you were told you were next and then says better make an appointment next time. Nope there won’t be a next time for this combat vet I’ll take my business to a more professional place. But like I said I went there because the barbers are great at what they do but that business is disrespectful.

The scheduling definitely needs worked on. I scheduled a week before by walking in and speaking to 2 ladies, one who apparently usually does the scheduling. I Was added to the schedule for 3:00 the following Friday. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm. They didn’t have me on the schedule and the scheduler couldn’t recall me even coming in. Even though I came in and I was the only one in there except the 2 ladies. We talked about the schedule for at least 10 minutes before she added me. So, after confirming that I wasn’t on the schedule, they worked me in for 4:00. Then called me changing it to 3:30. So, I show up at 3:30 and they act like they don’t know what I’m even talking about…you’re not on the schedule for today!! I waited approximately 40 minutes before I got in the chair. But my beautician was awesome…the reason for my higher rating.

These stylists are not following covid-19 protocols at all. Flaunting mask-less faces, not insisting on clients wearing a mask, or stylists sporting chin-strap masks (at best). Not sanitizing common areas after each client, or after each stylist and not accommodating clients who have identified themselves as having compromised immunity. I have been a loyal client at this salon for nearly three years and have referred two other clients but regret it after a recent visit. These stylists are not following covid-19 protocols at all. Flaunting mask-less faces, not insisting on clients wearing a mask, or stylists sporting chin-strap masks (at best).
