This is my 3 rd visit. First 2 times I got gel nail extensions and those visits were satisfactory. This time, both pedicure and manicure were not even up to the mark. They looked like they were in hurry. For pedicure, they didn’t clean my toe nails well and no massage. She rushed through the whole process of scrubbing, cleaning and didn’t bother to use 2 hot towels for I my legs and wrapped them in jus one. For Manicure, I asked for dip, while cleaning the cuticles she scraped my skin on 2 fingers. She scrapped dip polish at the end and it was uneven all over and she finished it anyway. Didn’t bother to clean the polish around my nails. When I pointed out, she tells to wash it and get rid of it. I spent in total $80 and very unhappy and unsatisfactory. I am not going back.

I usually have a great experience here, I am not sure what happened today. My nails are nothing like I asked for and she cut my finger. My cuticles are a mess and part of my cuticles are stained black. I asked her several times to do things differently and she gave me excuses as to why she couldn’t. I’ve been home an hour and I already have a mark on one of my nails. I’ve been coming here for months with no issues.

Manicures: looks like your nails grew already before leaving the place.Pedicures: covering the tub with a plastic wrap, which I appreciate. However, I do question if the utensils get sanitized from one person to another.

I really enjoy Ideal Nails, I go here regularly only visiting other salons when traveling for work. They listen to how I prefer my nails filed and take care to make sure they are evenly balanced on both hands and check during the process that I like their work. I take my nail care seriously preferring to have clean nails so I can continue active lifestyle and professional work. I have been going here since they opened .

I was able to get right in, no waiting! Though my appointment took a little longer than at other salons, my nails were done with great care. One of the best manicures I’ve received. I’m certain it will last a long time. I’ll definitely return.

I’ve been to a million different nail salon. This is my go-to nail spot for the past 3 years. Very nice staff as well as clean surroundings. Also… they have color changing gel polish! The only downside (not that Ideal Nails can do anything about it) is that the parking lot is small as it is shared with a bank and Starbucks, and at a busy time you might not find parking.

I am very unhappy with what Mai did to.my nails. I like liquid gel and the normal.polish. she gave a real.hard.time insisting I had acrylic and need acrylic to fill. Then she did the gel and it’s been 2 days and my nails are snapping off down to the nubs. I will never go back. Shame.on you Mai.
