Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityPaula is an excellent massage therapist. I was in a great deal of back and leg pain before going to see her. Being a new client I did not expect her to schedule me as fast as she did. I could hear her concern and empathy over the phone. She moved her schedule around to accommodate me. Her office is very neat and organized and the massage room is tranquil and relaxing. My experience at Ideal Massage was great from beginning to end. Paula is an excellent massage therapist. I was in a great deal of back and leg pain before going to see her. Being a new client I did not expect her to schedule me as fast as she did. I could hear her concern and empathy over the phone. She moved her schedule around to accommodate me. Her office is very neat and organized and the massage room is tranquil and relaxing. She is a deep tissue therapist that has worked wonders on the rocks in my shoulders and neck. I have been going to massage therapist for over 20 years and always require deep tissue. Paula is the best I have seen. She always has the clients comfort and needs at heart. She communicates through out the session to ensure the pressure is just right. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and the best part is she is extremely effective. I’ve gained most of my range of motion back by seeing her and completing the stretches she recommends. I’ve gained most of my range of motion back by seeing her and completing the stretches she recommends. Even when completely healed I’ll continue seeing her. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismPaula is amazing. She is the first person that was able to figure out where my back pain was coming from and was able to work to relieve my pain. Surprisingly to me the pain was coming from my extremely tight psosas, which is nowhere near where I was feeling the pain. I had seen numerous different types of doctors with no solutions for the pain. A few sessions with Paula the pain was exponentially better. Paula is extremely professional, knowledgeable and cares greatly about clients. I would recommend Paula to anyone. She is like that secret beach, you want to tell people about because it’s amazing but at the same time you don’t. Honestly, I can’t sing her praises enough.
