Overall the staff was great. Treatments went as expected but I was pretty disappointed with the results. After spending $4000 on cool sculpting and cool toning, which was recommended during my consultation, I did not feel l had any positive results. I am someone who followed the post procedure recommendations closely, works out and eats healthy. The nurse offered to submit my case to customer service but didn’t seem hopeful that they would be able to help get me some of my return on investment. She was right. After a few weeks without contact, I reached out to customer service to see if my case had been reviewed. They told me I would need to speak with a nurse and put in a message for the nurses to call me back. I subsequently called 5 more times over the course of 4 weeks trying to get someone to talk to me about my case. Finally a nurse did call me back, and explained that there wasn’t much she could do as far as getting me any sort of refund. And that makes sense. It wouldn’t be her job to do so. I guess I’ll just need to cut my $4000 loss on a product that the company can’t even guarantee results for. An expensive product that comes with a lot of loss and wasted time for those who don’t receive results of what they’ve paid for. While the people who helped treat me were very nice, I would not recommended these services to anyone.

I absolutely love coming here. My skin has never looked better and I’m no longer insecure about my bikini line and I haven’t had a single ingrown hair since starting laser. This truly has changed my life and I also just love coming here and talking with the staff that helps me. I see the same 2 ladies every time I come and they are always so pleasant to talk with and it’s been nice. I would recommend this place to anyone

I had cool sculpting done on my upper arms and both arms were bruised really really bad. Therefore I chose not to do the rest of the services that I purchased to do the procedure. I can’t believe when there is an outcome with the procedure like I had and a person chooses not to continue that the rest of the money should be reimbursed. I was told that I signed a binding contract and there would be no money refunded and I would forfeit any money I had left that I paid. I was even told that they would not do another procedure on my arms Bc of the outcome. So why can’t I have the rest of the money I paid to do cool sculpting. ?? They told me they would do a different procedure on me if I wanted to but I chose to not do anymore. I was even billed on my credit card an additional $250 for a renewal membership. I wanted to cancel the membership and get a refund on that money and the lady from corporate told me I would be refunded all my money but $25, I guess for canceling. She said it was in the contract and that I would not get the full $250. I told her how sad that was because they were already keeping a good chunk of change that I paid for services. This business is a joke. When people come in to have things done you cannot anticipate how things will go and to know if you would want to continue with more procedures. If it was a bad experience it would be nice if you could get the remaining money back since you aren’t going to do more of the same. I will not give this place a good customer feedback

My experience for procedure went as expected. Girls were very nice and professional. My overall experience however was not good. During my consultation I was told I needed only one treatment and gave me the price for I agreed and paid. During my appt. I was told I would need two procedures and would need to pay for a second treatment before I could continue(and was quoted more than then the price of the first). I did not want to spend the money for two procedures so they opened a case to get my money back. During the following month I called almost daily to try and speak with someone. Was told multiple times someone would call me but they never did. Only the case workers could talk to me about refunding my money but they are never available. So… in order not to waste my money I had to pay for a second treatment to actually get anything done! I really never thought no refunds meant you would take my money, not provide the service promised and not give me back my money. I feel extremely taken advantage of by this company. Their policies need to be revamped and their customer service is disgraceful.

Aubrey was fantastic and is the single reason I still fet services from you. The front desk was unfriendly and argumentative. I have been through hell and back with your corporate office over a contract they were and still partially are trying to renig on. Since you have agreed in writing to honor the contract, I do not need to be argued with every single time I come in.
