I had my appointment today, and honesty I couldn’t feel more reassured and understood in regards of health and readiness for laser hair removal. The staff provided successful and high class customer service, and willing to help you or give you information on numbing cream for example to support you post treatment. The aesthetician was very patient, provided me with a ice bag, explained to me the meaning of laser ratings for skin types and made me feel comfortable to trust the process, as a first time appointment, this was a wonderful and worthy treatment, and I cannot wait to come back after 8 weeks. Very disappointed with this business and how they continued to lie to me the whole time while I trusted them with laser hair removal I spent almost $3,000 on. This review may change to 5 stars once I have my second follow up with them tomorrow and if they fix their wrong doing. I do not recommend laser hair removal here, unless you want to continue to shave everyday after paying for a service that will not remove your hair.

I do not recommend going here for laser hair removal, I highly suggest against it. My wife continues to have to shave every day after she went to this business, spent thousands of dollars for laser hair removal and continued to be misled by this business. Laser hair removal is supposed to remove your hair so you don’t have the pain of shaving anymore. But not if you go here, the St. Paul location has not been helpful and we are hoping this location actually helps resolve the issues she has been having with these services and business.

did the whole treatment plan but didn’t get any of the results I was promised. still have Hair after 9 treatments and I still have 4 months left on my loan even though I was told my treatments ran out on Jan 4th. I am pretty sure the treatment plan and the loan months were suppose to end at the same time so how do I still have 4 months to pay with no treatments happening. I was told I was an ideal candidate and should see great results. at every visit i was honest and said it doesn’t last more than 4 weeks and hair is back and patching only happened for a very short period of time and it was still coming back the only thing it changed was the texture which is softer now than when i started. Very disappointed especially after the rep I had knew that past laser treatments had not worked but they told me their laser were different. I still feel like there is a problem with my account because i still owe 4 months on my loan and either I should still be getting treatments or they billed me incorrectly/ set up my loan incorrectly from the start. Also at last appointment i voiced these concerns and they spent 5 min on the computer looking for me and then another customer came in and i was brushed off.

Initially my experience went very well, at my first visit. However, my follow up visit has now been canceled, not once, but TWICE. I am very disappointed. I have to take time off from work and school for these visits and to reschedule without any sort of respect for my time is not cool.

This is a corporate trap. I drove and hour and a half to get to this location and (surprise!) traffic was backed up at one point. I arrived 7 minutes late. They refused to see me. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist told me that she had nothing to do with that and that I’d have to contact my “sales rep.” She refused to give me any contact information for customer service and insisted I had to email my sales rep. I emailed and then found the customer service number on the website. In FIVE TO EIGHT business days, they’ll contact me. This appointment has cost me so much time and money… they have no empathy and no customer service ethic because they’re run by some big giant head. Go somewhere local.
