Absolutely exceptional experience! Top notch customer service. The facility is clean, welcoming and very tidy! Every single person who works there is prompt, polite, patient and very well trained. The nurse who treated me today (11/28/22) was incredibly thorough, very meticulous, and unbelievably efficient with her time. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I have been receiving services at Ideal Image for 7 years and have never been disappointed! Everything in I was told in the consultation was a lie. The sales person Alison Smiley stated that my touch up sessions would be about 20.00 if I also bought the life time guarantee (additional 250.00 dollars on top of your package) Which sounds amazing. So now that 16 months have come and gone, I called today I schedule one of those touch up treatments and they were quoting me 275.00. Had I known what a ripoff they were I definitely would have looked around for me options. Also they never have times available so they are always pushing your treatments out further than they should be.
