Oh my goodness!!! Their prices are utterly outrageous. I remember back in the day when I was looking for laser hair removal. Ideal prices were double your competitors (Elase), which I ended up using and loved them. I inquired about cool sculpting and again, the prices are not even close to other medical spas by hundreds of dollars. Cool sculpting applicators through Ideal are close to $700 and Enlighten has them for $349. I will not be wasting my time in the future trying to get pricing from Ideal Image spa. I will continue to recommend the two places that I have been using since 2010 and have gotten several of my friends to go.

I am so disappointed. This has been the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After paying over 6k for a Cool Sculpting package I was told by the tech what I was sold through a consultation couldn’t be really be done and that i would just receive a credit towards other services, the tech was cold and almost rude. My second appointment was scheduled incorrectly and the front desk receptionist again didn’t have any level of customer service, she provided no suggestion or even offer to help. I was about to spend another 2000 on an Ultherapy treatment and am going to ask for a full refund and take my money else where. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Overall it was pretty good. The system kept having problems and I kept getting emails stating my appointment was canceled and had to call three times to make sure. I wasn’t able to pay for my appointment or make another one at the end. The person that did my appointment was nice but I felt like they missed obvious areas so I had to tell them to do a few spots.

I tried the cool sculpting and cool toning. Sadly it was a complete waste of $1,200. I did one session of the cool sculping and had minimal results. The cool toning made zero difference in my abs. It is very upsetting to spend $1,200 and get no results. The assistant that did the cool sculpting told me it makes minimal difference and you must continue to do the process every month. Please do not waste you money on this service.

This place is a bit of a fraud ring. I attended my first appointment here on time, and they told me to wait for the nurse practitioner to ask me some questions. I waited 30 minutes and asked them how much longer I needed to wait. They told me their wireless internet was not working, so I won’t see a nurse practitioner today. Apparently, their internet works, they just find ridiculous excuses to fool their customers.

The experience was great. The only problem was I got quoted $10 a unit of botox on the phone even when telling the rep that I was not paying for a membership and when I arrived I was informed it would actually be $15 a unit. I would have gone to another place that was offering $10 a unit if I had known it would be $15 a unit. BOTOX treatments

Fraud! fraud! Fraud! They failed to provide the service because they said they don’t have a staff member, and they will tell you they don’t have a refund policy when you request the refund. Later, they will tell you they have a three-day refund window, but they will still charge you $100, which is non-refundable. When I checked their refund policy, it indicated, “Full refund in three days.” But they still insist on not giving me the total refund. When I asked them to speak to their supervisor, the representative, Ashley, told me she was the lead in her team, and she said she wouldn’t provide me her supervisor’s contact email; she won’t provide me her own work ID either because she didn’t like me to file a complaint.

I had a death in the family and couldn’t use my LHR since I was in a state for two months that didn’t have a facility. It is shady and horrible customer service to not inform customers they have a limited amount of time to use a service they spent thousands of dollars on. Corporate also didn’t think it was helpful to extend the contract even after I told them the situation. #Whatcustomerservice
