I have been getting laser hair removal at the West Hartford, Ct. location for over 12 years and since early this year 2022.. that location has been canceling my appointments every time when I make one. I moved to New York early 2020 for work during the pandemic and ended up staying at the job. The location is aware of the travel that I make to come for my service and they called me the day of my appointment to tell me that the person doing my service was not coming in. They not only canceled my appointment from the original person that provides my service.. but put me on a schedule with someone that was not available the day of service. I have never had any issues until late last year and I clearly see what the problem is. Ideal image no longer cater to people with dark complexion and that is the only way I can put it. I notice the comment section on the reviews and the only people that gets acknowledged is the people that ideal image caters to. But if they mistreat you and you complain about it on here they give you an automated sorry message about someone will contact you when no one NEVER does. I’m sure the company will read this review so I am going to say this.. if you stop honoring the people that pays for their lifetime membership.. give them back their money and you can keep the clients that you prefer to service. This is a racist location.

The appointment was quick and easy. It really takes no more than 10 minutes to have my entire face done (minus my eyebrows). Even though this was not my first appointment, the technician explained the process thoroughly and was very considerate. I appreciate the aftercare mixture of aloe and cortisone cream for my skin. Any redness faded by the time I got home which was great!

Excellent customer service but more importantly Meghan at the West Hartford location is amazing , answered all my questions during my first treatment , she is friendly and kind . I explained I have arthritis and she split my treatments and also was able to get me in sooner than what I had originally. Overall a great experience. Body contouring

I scheduled my appointment for 1/5/23 at 11:00a months ago. I received a confirmation email in November. I received a voicemail my appointment was at 12. I called and they said the system had me in at 12. I saved the confirmation email. I was inconvenienced and had to cancel another appointment to make accommodations for this appointment because I had waited months to get an appointment. It seems since going into maintenance, it’s been more difficult to get appointments and the service is less than good. Now I was told at appointment your company is going to test out new appointment scheduling process for those on maintenance, that I could not fully understand and appears to make it more difficult for those in maintenance to make advance appointments. I feel less inclined now to not recommend people for the services.

Ideal image does a good job but the problem is that you can never get appointments! I’m thinking a big issue is that they’ve added so many new services without building in a bigger infrastructure to support them, but you truly can’t get an appointment that isn’t multiple months out. This is not only inconvenient but negatively impacts the timing and therefore efficacy of your treatments that you spend so much money on. And this is true of all the locations, not just West Hartford. And who can plan an appointment that far in advance?! I don’t know anyone whose life works like that. I strongly recommend finding another company/providers office for your treatments.

I have been going here for six months now, and not only am I thrilled with the results of the services, but I am blown away by the kindness, efficiency and professionalism from the staff. From the employees who give me my hair laser treatments to the woman at the front desk who schedules my appointments, I am treated with respect and kindness. The staff always make me feel exceptionally comfortable and confident. This is an amazing establishment run by amazing people. I was nervous to start this journey but could not have been more welcomed or treated better by the people who work here. I recommend this specific Ideal Image to all my friends and family. 10 out of 10 a great experience EVERY time! Wendy at the front desk is hysterical and kind whike always being organized and on top of her job. All three techs I have had, Lauren, Trin, and Jennifer are professional, courteous, understanding, and excel at their jobs. I am very happy with the Ideal Image at west hartford.
