Every time I visit the Walnut Creek clinic the staff is always super welcoming and personable. I have some of the best conversations while in the waiting room and even during my service. Robin was great and professional. I always feel safe and comfortable when I visit. Definitely recommend being seen here for any treatment, but laser hair removal specifically! 10/10

I went to Ideal Image for the first time today. I signed up for the membership and I’m so happy I did. I can’t tell you how nice the ladies are at the front desk. They make a person feel so welcomed and I honestly felt like I would love to hang out and be friends with them all. They were fun, happy, and sweet. And Robin did my treatments. She was wonderful. She was very professional and communicative about the procedures so that I felt completely at ease. I am so happy to have found this place and will be looking forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend it!! 🙂

The entire staff at Ideal Image was so welcoming during my appointment. I had my Botox done by Nurse Annie, and had such a great experience from beginning to end! She walked me through the procedure, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and provided post treatment instructions. Definitely recommend!

Made an appointment for laser hair removal and was freaking out even after all the comfort I received from friends. When I arrived at ideal image, the staff was very nice and Robin made sure to walk me through every step of the treatment. She gave me information on the machine she was using and notified me prior to the application. She also pre-alerted me of what it should feel like and kept checking in. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for any better for my first laser experience. Definitely recommend. There is also free parking in the complex and the rooms are very clean!

I got hair removal for my 5th time and it has been extremely painful for me in the past appointments. But I had robin as my provider. She was very understanding and helpful through out the whole experience. I got light headed at one point and she gave me an apple juice and continuously gave me breaks when I needed them. She was very accommodating and gracious and I would recommend going to this location and having her take care of you.
