My in-person experience was great and overall I enjoy my appointments and results with Ideal Image in Perrysburg. The membership program has changed my satisfaction with this company drastically. I joined the membership today to reduce a 30% increase to a 13% on a service I have been receiving. The pricing I was verbally told is not what is reflected in the website or email I received welcoming me to the program immediately after purchase. I would not have purchased the amount of services today if I had known that I could purchase at the stated lower price with no minimum in the future and not have to pay an escalated price for more units/services. I tried to call the local branch (they were closed) and national (referred me back to local branch) with no resolution.

The service was impeccable from the 2 girls at the desk to the staff in back. You feel a little silly doing before and afters but they help break the awkwardness. I received botox for my forehead and fillers in my nasal folds. I love it. I feel way more confident without any makeup on. Would definitely recommend to anyone who will listen.

The staff is friendly and the technicians are good. However, the process overall to book an appt took over 3 months to have the staff for the procedure, during which time Ideal Image was inflexible. They would not allow me to cancel the service and reimburse me (even though I didn’t want that procedure with the new timeline) nor apply the amount paid to another of their services.

Very poor communication with customers when spending a high dollar amount for services. If a customer needs to stop or suspend a service due to pregnancy and has only used 1/3 of appointments. Why wouldn’t the company reach out when contract was ready to be used again to make an appointment to resume services.
