The entire team in Tacoma did an amazing job. After several booking issues with your internal team I was ready to cancel and move all future services to a different provider. The two front desk staff and my nurse practitioner were amazing! As someone who lives in Kirkland I choose to do my follow up appointments down in Tacoma due to the professionalism of your Tacoma team and their desire to do what was best for the customer.

She made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions, which I did, and she answered them all. Yesterday my experience was great! I always really appreciate the staff. I had mistakenly only booked one area to be treated when I usually do a few, they were able to get me in for the rest of the areas here in the next few days. They are always so kind, casual and even though my body is out they do not make me feel self-conscious. I can’t explain how grateful I am for that.

These people have ZERO follow through. They were super quick to take my money, but 4 weeks and 3 cancelled appointments later… I still have not received any treatments. When I expressed my complaint when Ideal called to cancel yet again, the response I got was: “Thats nor here nor there… we have no provider.”

I have been going to Ideal Image for longer than I’d like to admit. Everything was peach the first few years. I received my Botox treatments every few months. Then they sold me laser hair removal during the pandemic. I liked the discount so I was happy. When they reopened scheduling was a bit hectic. Understandably. Everyone was trying to get in. So many new nurses. New staff at the front desk. No one seemed like they cared. I had to keep calling and emailing to get things scheduled. Something changed during that time. They sent from being a caring med spa to money driven corporation. They told me I needed to do the membership to get the best deal possible. I did that two years in a row. Never received and free service. When I was there two weeks ago and the nurse told me that price for injections went up, I said bug I have the membership. She said it doesn’t matter. To get the discounted price you’ll need to purchase 100 units! Wow!!!

I went for lazer hair removal. Actual treatmen was 5/10 quality – hair was removed in patches and not thoroughly at all. Did not know I need to explain to the lady I want a thorough hair removal. Also make sure they really explain their membership. Turned out I signed up for lifetime and they charged me even though I was not going there at all for the whole year and when I canceled I was charged a $20. Just another business that cares more about $ then quality of their work or service. Will keep charging any card you give them.

The treatment went well but I didn’t feel a warm welcome while I was there. I was expecting a little more pleasantries after spending that much money..it wasn’t a bad experience but I felt like it could have been better. If the coolsculpting works then I’ll be happy but it’s too soon to tell.
