I will never go to another Ideal Image location again! Went to another location and had to wait months for my treatment. Called the Strongsville location on Monday and booked an appointment for Wednesday. I was shocked. While I was here for botox, I asked about different procedure and was looking to book another appointment. Guess what? I didn’t need to make an appointment because they treated me right then!!! Everyone at the location was super nice and I’m happy with that aspect of my experience. But cool sculpting is just a huge scam and I’m so upset with the thousands I’m now having to pay for literally nothing. The “free treatment” I also received for the BBL was also a gimmick- it did nothing and the options for the free item were lousy anyway. The virtual sales consultant definitely stretched the truth on a lot and I’m just incredible frustrated that I fell for doing the cool sculpting. I attempted to cancel it before and was belittled into it and was told I’d be charged regardless of doing the service.

I started going to Ideal a month ago. I have had a Brazilian and facial wax. Both times the aestheticians were very nice as were the receptionists. However, today, I was lucky enough to run a few minutes late and was offered waiting or meeting with another waxer. I chose to go with another, I had several things to do. My fault… I know. Anyway, OMG I was blown away by the customer service and care given to me by Jasmine. Her enthusiasm for her role had me calling my daughter and coworker to book an appointment with her. Again, the other 2 were great but Jasmine was beyond happy to help me and expressed it several times. Wow wow wow is what I have to say.

The technicians are kind, efficient, and check in with you consistently throughout the procedure. This is the 2nd hair removal package (different areas) I’ve purchased from them. Today was my first day for my laser hair removal, and I have to say “FANTASTIC!” What was FANTASTIC you may ask yourselves well the staff (the young lady that greeted me) made me feel welcomed! Kelly (hope I spelled her name right) she did my laser treatment, and she was amazing she explained everything to me, went over the procedure and how it will feel.
