Wish I could give negative stars. This company is the absolute WORST. I just drove 45 minutes only to receive a call AFTER I had already arrived in the parking garage that my appointment had been canceled. Mind you, this is the FOURTH time my appointment has been canceled. Yep, you read that right. The fourth time! After prepaying for 4k of treatments I feel thoroughly RIPPED OFF. I should have received 2+ treatments and have only received one. Don’t waste any of your time or money on this company. They need to refund people that they owe treatments to and claim bankruptcy. If I ran any of my businesses like this I would be out of business!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so surprised to see people giving high stars for environment. The rooms where you get the service done are clean, but the main office floor area has been dirty every time I’ve been in for an appt. The nurses who did my Botox and facial were great. Front desk has been not so pleasant at times (seems to be just one individual, other than her the other staff is very welcoming). I went in for a Botox brow lift and the nurse unsold me on getting my whole forehead, which resulted in my brows actually being a little lower…not sure if they’re taught techniques for certain looks (just FYI). No numbing gel is provided for the BBL/Photo laser facial, which was surprising as other med spas provide this.

Do not go here, I highly suggest against it. We invested thousands into my wife’s laser hair removal after being told she would no longer have any hair growth once touch ups are needed down the line it would only be a max of $20 each for every area and if you aren’t satisfied with your services/hair loss removal we will make sure to get it all figured out. This was all a lie and this doesn’t even cover all of the issues we have faced with this business. My wife continues to shave Every. Single. Day. Shaving is very painful for her because of her sensitive skin. This is why we invested money into something we were told would have completely different results along with all of the hidden details we were not told. Who would want to pay thousands for hair removal… to have to still shave like they did before. What a disappointment, she has been asking for help for almost a year now.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the clinic, but when I showed up, I was told that my appointment was canceled and that the clinician who was supposed to provide my treatment had already left for the day. This was super frustrating since I spoke to a person at the clinic and confirmed my appointment.

Someone from corporate called me letting me know I had a $150 bday credit and could use it in the month of October. I asked if botox was eligible and they said yes and booked my appointment. Luckily I checked last minute but they actually booked it in St. Paul which is not convenient for me at all and not my home store which is Edina (had two appointments there prior so they should have known that!). So when I get there (late and frustrated), I have to wait around just to find out there is no $150 credit. It’s something like $150 off $1000. Obviously I was not told that at all on the phone when I booked. It was very frustrating and misleading. Obviously not the fault of the people at the St. Paul location though. They were very professional and sympathetic but it was still so embarrassing!

I spent thousands here in hopes I would get the results I was told I would achieve. This business and Jennifer Whiteside continued to lie to me. Once I was stuck in my contract with them and was not happy with the results I was receiving I was told that they would make things right if I am not satisfied after my 16 months. This was a lie. Only go here if you want to pay thousands of dollars for laser hair removal to ultimately have to shave just like you did before. If you informed me and were transparent from the very beginning then I wouldn’t be where I am today. Your business is a huge disappointment.
