All of the staff is so helpful and kind, taking their time to explain and go over any questions you may have. Kelsey is one of the nurse practitioners who has treated me while going and she is an absolute joy to see and visit with; she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of during an appointment. Morgan is another nurse practitioner who has done treatments for me and she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped answer the questions I had! I’m still going back for touch ups from there because the staff is so wonderful and kind, talking to you the whole time so you barely notice the treatments going on! Just drove 30 minutes for what I was told would be my last hair removal appointment in the package only to be told at check in that there would be an additional touch up fee. I would never have scheduled this appointment had I been told this previously. The employee was not very helpful and her only explanation for the mistake was that “they had different people working that day”. This company is not very up front with pricing and tries to upsell you at every opportunity.

This was my first time receiving any sort of facial treatment and Ideal Image exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly nervous going into this….fearing the things that could go wrong and of course spending the money. However, from my first encounter with the personal at Ideal Image, I felt at ease. Brittany helped me to get an appointment within my timeframe, and Sanja really made me feel at ease with the whole process. Then there was Alex who administered all my treatment, and she went above and beyond to make me relaxed…..and I literally walked out a different person….no more unwanted wrinkles or frown lines that I was feeling super sad about. Then when I needed a little touch up, the staff made sure I was taken care of. Truly an exceptional experience.
