I have been getting hair removal sessions at this location and have enjoyed a very positive experience. No scheduling issues, it’s always quiet in the waiting area and I am always taken care of right away. All the ladies I have met are very nice but I strongly recommend Lindsey as the tech. She is kind, explains the whole process, and makes you feel comfortable. I was a shy customer and she welcomed me and made me feel like I was in good hands. Fabulous place with fabulous employees!

I have been working with Nicole Ashby to schedule my lip fillers and she has been AMAZING. She is very responsive, answers all my questions, and helps me with scheduling. She is a great employee at Ideal Image and I’m so glad I am working with her. I received my first round of lip filler a couple of months ago and had a zoom video chat with Nicole and she was so thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. I loved how my lips turned out and I now am scheduled to go for another session this month. Ideal Image has been great with my personal experience and if you would like to work with someone directly, I would definitely recommend Nicole Ashby!

Honestly, I’m not the one to complain but there scheduling system is absolutely horrible!!!!! I got my lip fillers done the first time and it was horrible and then when I went in for the second time to correct it (Laura Taylor) she’s great! She was able to fix it. After time, it started to form this bump. I spoke to customer service to see what I can do maybe she will be able to fix it and they recommend having Laura do the lip fillers again and they will charge me 400$ instead of the 600$ I said fine which turns out they are booked for 2 months!!!!!!!! How am I suppose to feel when the lady who did my lips first messed up???? Now I have to wait 2 months to correct them??? I just feel like it’s not worth coming to this clinic. They are always overbooked and they reschedule the appointments without telling you. I just feel like my experience was suppose to be relaxing and finally I get to do something for myself but no instead I’m always worrying about is the person going to do it correctly or will they reschedule without telling me. It’s just too stressful!!! I had to go to Blush Med Spa to have them correct my lips because they looked horrible and they were able to do a perfect job! Honestly at ideal image it’s not the nurses who I have an issue with because they’ve always been pleasant it’s whoever does the scheduling and the ladies at the front whom do a horrible job!! Also, the one lady who messed my lips up.

Scheduled for two services only received one there’s constant confusion about what should be done constant confusion how to interpret the contract. The treatment staff is very kind but I cannot say the same thing about the front desk girls extremely gruff and condescending towards customers. I felt I was treated extremely rude and watched others be belittled as well.
