I was originally using Ideal Image in Burlington. I decided to schedule an appointment at the Shrewsbury location after I was told Burlington was booked out for two and a half months. Everyone at this location is awesome! I had an issue with the package I purchased and Leslie did everything she could to fix it immediately. Kelly did my laser treatment and she was fantastic, very friendly and thorough! I will definitely be coming back to this location for the rest of my treatments!

Today was my last session for under arms and full bikini laser hair removal. Everyone I’ve seen for my treatments has been amazing! I was running 10-15 min late ( 1st time) today and called the automatic number and told them to please call the store to tell them. Which they didn’t. So when I showed up they had thought I was a no call no show. LINDSEY was super nice and personable. She took me in right away so I wouldn’t miss my last treatment. She was professional quick and efficient! I highly recommend the Shrewsberry location. I just wish that ideal image as a whole would find a way for clients to get in direct touch with individual locations. Thanks again Lindsey!

Holy laser queen – Mikaela is the BEST Ideal Image nurse ever! Today was my 6th session, and she is hands down the MOST kind, considerate and encouraging. I was able to power though my extensive session because she kept pushing me. Also, the ice packs! Never had that before. She made me really comfortable and was super patient given my low tolerance to pain. Thank you and you’re the best, M! I have been going to Ideal Image for quite a few years. Camilla usually does my treatments. She has gone to school and trained as a nurse concentrating in this area. I have had procedures by board certified plastic surgeons. Mainly lip augmentations. They were good. Then I went to Ideal Image. My first appointment was with Camilla. She wasn’t good… she was EXCELLENT! My lips had never been so skillfully done. I had never been that excited and happy walking out of a salon. As long as she is around , I will never have anyone else plump up my lips. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! No more over lining my lips, no more watching and trying to perform lip enhancements found on Utube! Thank you Ideal Image. Special thanks to Camilla!
