From walking in to walking out, this place was amazing. My mom and I went in and had a consultation with Fancy, who was fun, enthusiastic, and passionate about her job and getting us exactly what we wanted. She was super patient with me, and answered our questions about every little thing! We purchased our packages (thanks mom!). We were able to have our session the same day, and surprised to learn they were, at most (for us) 40 minutes long. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient as well.

Amber is the best nurse there by far. I’ve been going here 5 years + they always do an amazing job, but amber took it to another level. Being informative about when the laser comes out and where she was going to be targeting. Asking if I wanted an ice pack. Just really thoughtful. And the best of the best. 5 stars and ask for amber. They’re ok. The nurses are nice, respectful, and helpful. Not sure if the treatments are going to work as well as the dream sold to me, due to how the hair is growing back between sessions and not shedding like it was supposed to. But this is after my second session (7 more to go), so hopefully it works out. Very expensive. I was not prepared by how painful it could potentially be. It’s difficult to get scheduled outside of the first “same day as you sign your contract” appointment. I will say that I made the mistake of giving into the pressure (convincing sales pitch) of making the decision to spend so much money quickly. I was rushed when trying to read the contract. Should’ve have been a flag, but I signed anyway. Once you sign the contract, you’re stuck; even if you change your mind about treatment. They’re trying to make a money ♀️ which I understand; it’s a business. Moral of the story with Ideal Image: do your research on laser hair removal and the company you’re going with, be prepared to spend a good amount of money (either immediately or over time), take time to read and understand the contract, come to terms with the fact that the end result may not turn out like the dream that being sold to you. I’ll come back to review again when my treatments end

I had an overall great first experience and am already seeing results. I was hesitant at first because they have to check your credit score and they go through a lending place to set up payments but Fancy answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
