The worst company ever! Do not go through Ideal Image. Staff at location was great but the actual company is the worst. The person I spoke with for my consultation sold me on items that were not even available. When I went in for my first treatment in early summer 2022, they told me what I was asking for was never done before and didn’t recommend it. I requested a reimbursement same day. It is now Fal 2022 and no reimbursement. I signed papers for the reimbursement in July and to date nothing. I have called the 800 line 5-6 times, never getting to speak with my actual case worker. This company is terrible. Do not recommend. Don’t give them your money.

I did 2 sessions of cool sculpting on my belly and i paid $2160. Nothing changed not even a bit. Maybe if you already have a flat belly with a bit of curve it will help but My belly was much bigger than that or maybe I had to do it 10 times to see any difference. Great experience, the RN who performed my service was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. I had three areas lasered and I was in and out in 26 minutes without feeling rushed at all. The clinic was clean and professional feeling. I was nervous because I had spent more than others I know who went to smaller clinics, but had sub par experiences. I have no regrets for having chosen this provider!
