Just came for a consult on laser hair removal to ensure I’m a good candidate. The staff is amazing! One of the nurses, Julie, did my consult and had me under the super bright lights to do a thorough consult rather than just a zoom call. At the front desk, the ladies who helped me out thoroughly explained all of my options for payments, discounts, the membership (which is well worth it, in my opinion). To top it all off everyone was friendly and professional.

My Nurse (I believe her name was Madison) was AMAZING! Not only was she super professional and thorough throughout my treatment, but she was extremely nice and personable. She educated me about some of the things she noticed about my face/chin after my services, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process and had the tools I needed for afterwards, in the event that I had any type of reaction.

The front desk staff was polite, warm, friendly, and thorough. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in because the environment felt so kind. Aside from the intense pain of laser hair removal, my nurse was mind-blowingly awesome! I couldn’t have survived the tough spots of the procedure if it wasn’t for her—seriously! She was so personable that it felt like I was catching up with an old friend. When I first hear about Ideal Image was at one of sponsored advertisement at Instagram, first thing I did was look on their account and read the comments, everything was good, so though that the company was reliable. Now that I had the worst experience with them I went back and wrote in the comments what happened to me. For my surprise they deleted all my comments and block me, now I understood why they did not have any bad comments. It’s just one prof that this company is not reliable at all. If you still have time, run from them. The seller person sell something different than they actually they deliver, don’t believe in what they say, read all the small print in our contract. Yes! They lie to you to get your money! I’m still in the process to get my money back. They told me they won’t return.
