I had my third laser hair removal treatment tonight at Ideal Image in Cranston (Providence). I was greeted by the desk task who were friendly, engaged, and made me feel welcomed. I arrived early for my appointment but was able to be seen right away despite them being short staffed. My treatment tonight was with Courtney and by far the best experience I have had thus far. I am on a few new medications I provided them to her, and to be safe she doubled checked to make sure that the laser wouldn’t counter act. In addition, I voiced concerns that we are heading on a Caribbean vacation next week and wanted to be sure it was safe to continue treatment. She listened to me, explained how the processed worked, and instructed me on how to best care for the areas while away. I was thankful to have the ability to book with her again in the future, and I am looking forward to finishing this journey.

I have been twice now for treatments and the staff is always polite and professional. I am taken in very quickly and the facility is spotless and pleasant. The treatment is quick and painless as far as I am concerned. I feel the cold from the cryo spray but not pain. The nurse always offers aloe post treatment and have been very pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with my results and I am only 2 months in.

My experience with Courtney was AMAZING! I have extreme anxiety, but really wanted lip filler. She was so patient and calm with me. She made the experience comfortable and really got me through it. I know you’re very affected by short staffing. As a customer, I am too. It’s hard to make appointments. Can I please make a strong suggestion to get rid of your mask requirements? I am by no means an anti-masker and wore it throughout the pandemic as required, including during my most recent visit. However, the world is getting back to normal and it’s no longer a requirement anywhere else – not planes, not doctors offices, not transportation… you are literally the only place I’ve been to that still has this requirement. I wouldn’t want to work there and I’m sure some customers might get tired of not being able to get appointments or having to still abide by the mask requirements. I did have a good visit today though and all went well, except that there was no front desk receptionist today – that was odd. Thank you!

My appointment got cancelled twice even thought I was confirming via the email prompt and when I called the receptionists said “yeah sometimes it messes up.” Then I finally arrive for my small laser area touch up which has turned a $30 appointment into a $50 appointment. That is an insane price hike. A 66% price hike over the course of 4 weeks is absolutely despicable, and leaving the poor receptionists there to have to explain that.

There business is not good they explain for the people feel confuse and just try you guy to rush for pay the money. The consultant and the people in the office they explain very very different ways . I pay nearly $4000 of there services but I feel like it’s not worth for me . They guarantee you just for 16 months after 16 months you need to pay less but there less is $200 for every time you come for the touch up and when the consultant told me is not like that she said just $40 or less but now is not. And when I try to ask something with the consultant she always say something different ways and explain different story more than I ask . I felt like she told me to feel confused not the certain for the services because she afraid that I’m not doing and paying for there services she just try to rush you for the payments than that’s it .

When I first was interested in ideal image it was a little expensive but after speaking to a rep they gave me a monthly payment plan option which was affordable, when I agreed to it they started asking personal questions such as my social, I asked why did they need my social and I was told it was protocol,I then asked if this would effect my credit in any way because I was in the process of potentially buying a home and it would be effected if I took out any loan or credit card, plus i just didnt want another loan or credit card period! the rep reassured me that it wouldnt effect my credit, so I signed the contract, a week later I got an alert from my credit app that said my credit dropped 12 points and I went to go check and it was the loan company associated with ideal image, I was furious because this was something I mentioned in the conversation with the rep and i felt like the rep was being dishonest just to get me to sign a contract, so I called Ideal image and asked to speak with a manager and they kept giving me the runaround saying I would be contacted within 24-48 hours, I ended up opening a case with a rep, and the rep said I would be contacted within the week , I was never contacted! I called like 3x, and the case manager was never avaliable.I finally got in touch with one and she told me to go to ideal image where there was going to be a team there to discuss the case, I went there and nobody knew anything, the nurse/staff were treating me like I was getting a service, I told them that I was told to go there to speak about the case, but they were very confused and told me there was nothing that they could do(which is understandable, they had nothing to do with the situation)they then contacted the case manager to explain what happened and why I was sent there, she called after a few hours and wasn’t helpful at all, she seemed like she didn’t even care and that I would have to pay the 2 grand because I signed a contract and dismissed the fact that I was lied to , she refused to reverse the loan. We hung out and I got a call from another manager and she was kind, understanding, apologized and reversed the loan no problem, but bottom line I will NEVER go to Ideal Image or recommend it to anyone EVER…..
