I went in after doing a Zoom consult and being told I was absolutely eligible, but when I saw my technician, she was concerned there was not enough tissue, which, considering I have been paying for it since September, would have been extremely unfortunate. LUCKILY when she put it on, it stayed. I am on day one of recovery, it was very sore all night so I called the 888 number to ask if I can take Tylenol and whether to use compression bandages, which Tylenol I was told was fine but I didn’t need compression.

Usually I go to the KOP location for my laser services and this location had availability for me sooner so I gave them a chance. They had all my information sent from the other location prepared and ready for me. Heather was my nurse (I apologize if I got the title wrong) and she was so professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my touch up experience was safe and effective! Thank you so much for making me feel confident again! As an almost 4 years going on as a consistent customer of the KOP location, Heather made me feel confident that Plymouth meeting is just as awesome too! I highly recommend both locations now and am so grateful for the service from these ladies.

Awful! I’ve been rescheduled 3 times due to “machines being broken. This time they moved to a different location even though I specifically asked them not to do that. I tried to call corporate to discuss and was promised a return call which I did not receive. Upon arrival for my treatment they reviewed my health history (filled out before any treatments) and told me I could not have laser treatment due to a skin condition. They knew I had this condition before they performed any treatments. I now am concerned that they may have damaged my skin. Waiting to hear back from corporate again, I will be contacting my attorney while I wait for them to get back to me.

I just want to say the nurse (sorry if that’s not the correct title) who I saw the last 2 times I was there was AWESOME!! She really took her time and listened to what I wanted with my Botox. I was in earlier this month for a BBL facial as well and omg I love the results!!! Highly recommend. My sun spots virtually disappeared after 1 session. Also, the receptionist/ girl who scheduled me for 3 of my appointments was incredibly helpful and followed up with me when I didn’t receive an email I needed. Love the Plymouth Meeting location
