I do not recommend this place to anyone. You work very hard for your money. They charged me about 4K for three parts . You need to do your research on prices first. Don’t let the consultant to push you to buy their package right away. They will do that saying you will get a discounted price if you sign the contract on the same day. It’s a lie. Don’t listen and take your time on your research. Go find a better place , a better deal with higher quality. They would always burn my skin on every session and they still couldn’t remove hair in some parts. I’m not going back there again since they left so many burning spots on my skin during one year of my treatment. I kept telling them but they didn’t care and all they did was to take pictures of spots to protect their business.

Spent over $2,000 on laser hair removal, did over 7 seasons and they still couldn’t remove all my hair on the areas I wanted to have done. On my last appointment they told me that I would need to buy an additional package to continue on my services. Why would I pay more? I also had an appointment earlier in December and they called me 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel it. I was already driving to the appointment so I couldn’t answer the phone. When I got there they told me the nurse called off that day. Who cancels an appointment 15 minutes before the actual appointment? I would not recommend this place.

The consult experience was solely centered around cost, and it was the definition of pressure sales. I was told i was getting some crazy wild discount (just for me) and that if I didn’t decide in that moment the price would increase and the wonderful deal would be gone. The consultant was extremely nice but it was overall a shady experience. I’ll be looking elsewhere, which is a bummer because I really liked what they were offering, but didn’t appreciate the sketchy way it was presented. Makes me nervous I’ll get dooped and tricked by doing business there.

This place is a joke!! Stay away from them as you will be canceled from your appointment the day of for no reason whatsoever. The area manager has ZERO sense of how to speak to or handle a customer and shouldn’t even be in the position she is in. You should really think long and hard about her handling your business. I will in fact make sure as best as possible to ensure no one steps foot in this business.
