Had an amazing first time experience at Ideal Image Northgate! Everyone here was so helpful and nice! Jenny was my laser nurse and she was absolutely amazzzzingg! She explained the process every step of the way and was very gentle while doing the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety a lot! Sonnie at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful! She was able to help me with the relocation process, since I’ll be moving to another state. I truly recommend coming to this location, and I’ll definitely will come back here if I ever do return to Seattle! Thank you guys!

Don’t ever do Cool sculpting !! Most humiliating experience- Just walked out of the ideal image northgate office, wanted to make a consultation after my cool sculpting treatment 6 m+ back. I was told I will see results in 2-3 months. Unfortunately there is absolutely no results. They compared before and after pictures to confirm it. The NP said I should have done Liposuction instead. She told me cool-sculpting is for fit people and not people with unhealthy (fat) lifestyle. She told me to ask my doctor for weight loss pills instead and gave me basic diet tips.Told me I should do repeat sessions – 4-5 .. just one session was $4000. I have been paying last 2 years have many more payments left. Only celebrity can afford $10000+ for weight loss . She told people do 2-3 sessions to start seeing results.I wonder why they qualify fat people for cool sculpting. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend !! Very rude behavior as they were waiting all day for my appointment at 5:00 pm .

I always feel very welcomed coming to Ideal Image, all the staff I’ve met is lovely but I especially love Grimes, she is so funny, sweet, and easy going. She answers any questions with such confidence and she always makes me feel comfortable being there. I very highly recommend making your appointments with her!

Very very very very disappointed in the Cool Sculpting! Absolutely no results seen 6 months later. Pure waste of money. I feel very deceived. There should be a class action lawsuit for pure false advertisement or money given back! Gets one star because laser hair removal is awesome and Ms. Grimes is great! Do not waste your money on Cool Sculpting, esp for the price. I feel scammed!

Jenny performed my laser hair removal at my last appointment (Sept 2022). She was one of the most thorough technicians that I have encountered at Ideal Image to date. I’d say that the majority have been professional, efficient and personable, but Jenny went a step beyond. I was very impressed and will ask for her again and again. I am on my second round of treatments different areas) and have been with Ideal Image for a couple of years.

i would put 0 star if i could. i honestly don’t know how this company is still in business with this horrible customer service. literally everyone who works here is so angry and rude all the time. the front desk lady barely says hi and one other lady asked me to wear a mask in anger. the lady who did my chin laser did not even introduce herself or say her name. after she drew the lines on my chin for laser she gave me a mirror and not saying anything and i was like what i supposed to do?? and she was like that’s the area right? with a very annoyed tone. i’m like is it too hard for you to communicate to your clients that are paying $1000? it felt so strange and i’ve never seen any customer service like that in beauty and skin industries before. never ever going there again and sharing this it feels so strange and i’ve never seen any customer service like that in beauty and skin industries. i will let everyone know and share all over social media so people be aware of this company and how they are treating people.

The process to make an appointment is a HASSLE and it feels like they are trying to scam you in some different ways (maybe not scam but definitely upsell) but my actually experience with laser hair removal in the office has been awesome. Really clean and professional environment.
