DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. This place is the worst to go. They charge $50 if you need to reschedule, the customer service 800 line is rude. They schedule my touch up for $75.00. The day when I went there they charged me $159. Like what? And they said they emailed me the DAY before about the price change. They are losing lots of customers because of the way they do business. They say you need to come back every6-8 weeks for laser treatment but they don’t have enough staff working so you can really only book every 3 months. And then your contract time runs out and they couldn’t care less. I will never refer them to anyone. The staff is friendly. The problem are the insane policies, the difficulty in scheduling, the crazy last minute price increases. They should have called me and said, the price changed, do you still want to come? Even then, they would charge me a $50 dollar if I did not want to come. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS FOR YOUR LASER TREATMENT. I FEEL ABUSED AND ROBBED!

The gal who did my lip filler, was amazing. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and just as sweet as can be. I’m terrible with names but I’ll be sure to use her for my next treatment. I swell really bad during lip filler injections and she did a wonderful job making sure that even with the swelling, my lips are perfectly even.

They get you approved for a loan very fast. And the trick is they get paid before the procedure is done. So, if you don’t follow up, to see the next step after you are ” approved ” they don’t, and if you decide not to go forward with the procedure!! Then too bad, they already got paid and they will have an unprofessional rude person call you and harass you to remove the request to cancel the loan! I will fight it to the end! You are getting paid for services not provided.

The woman who works the desk should not be working here. this company needs to re train their workers on their customer service skills. I called the location for 15 minutes straight and got no answer. Arriving 5 minutes after the “companies late policy” I was refused service, but went back and forth with the young lady who should not be representing this company for more than 29 minutes. With going back and forth while they had no customers they could’ve treated me. instead treated me so poorly after spending hard earned money at this location.
