The woman that helped me in my initial meeting was super nice, but seemed like she wasn’t interested in making a sale.. she gave me all the info on the zoom call and I asked her to email it to me so I could share it with my husband and I still haven’t received anything. I’m assuming she didn’t think I was serious about moving forward with treatment. All I needed was a little more time to talk the payments over with my husband, and I explained this to her and as soon as I said this she basically just said that I needed to do it right now or call back and try again. She made me feel as if she didn’t take me serious like I wasn’t I planning on moving forward with their services.

I went in to get my lips done for the 2nd time ever and I had such an amazing experience. I was late due to traffic and Jennifer G. Still took me knowing I had driven an hour and a half to be there even though she didn’t have to. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and distracted me from being poked so much when I told her I was a little nervous around needles. I came in to talk to someone about the results of an Ulltherapy treatment I had done earlier this year. I was concerned that I didn’t see the results I was expecting but the technician put my fears to rest. She took a picture of the treated area and then showed me the before picture taken prior to the treatment along side the current picture. The results were definitely there. In addition, she explained other treatments I could consider if I wanted to take the things further. It was very helpful and appreciated. Thank you!

I’ve had Botox on middle of August 2022, my eyebrows are unequal, I told them and they add one more once but it was same again, anyway now after almost one and half months all botox that I got is gone. It’s horrible. DO NOT waste your money and time here. BOTOX treatments

I typically go to the Northgate location but have moved to Mill creek, with friendly staff. I had Katie for Botox treatment. I found her professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would defiantly ask for her again! My previous injections, especially around the eye, have been uncomfortable, but not with Katie. I am happy with the service I had with Mill Creek and will be back.
