This Ideal Image Company is a rip off. The sales consultants who are not physicians will sell you a host of services…as well as products via a Zoom call. This non medical consultant evaluates your skin via Zoom then charges you for numerous services…. Without telling you there are choices in the number of sessions you can buy. You DO NOT HAVE THE TIME to read the contract,nor do you they tell you that you will be getting products via the mail that will cost you hundreds of dollars. I cancelled my contract the next day upon visiting the Ohio location. I was told the contract was not able to be cancelled….within 24 hours!! They deceived me! As a senior person I felt I was taken advantage of. I never received a service and cancelled all appointments. In addition, I mailed the company the products they sent me without advising me of this additional charge. I never opened the box…Sent them via USPS with proof of delivery. Don’t be fooled by this company. Rather go and get services and pay as you go. This place wants your money up front. How can they charge you for ZERO services?? The location is not clean…ladies room didn’t have paper towels to dry your hands…makes you wonder if these people wash their hands after doing a service…just saying!!! Go elsewhere my friends….pay as you go! They also charge you 250.00 for a membership!! I smelled a scam. You should too.

Wonderful service, the girls are super comforting! My first visit there was an issue with the machine and they needed a new card but their shipment didn’t arrive in time so I had to reschedule! But even with that, the girls were all super kind and reassuring! I just had my rescheduled appointment and the girls again were great, made me feel comfortable. I did the coolsculpting and the first 10 ish minutes are incredibly uncomfortable but just breath through it! Hopefully its worth the results but time will tell!
