I went in for first time lip filler and Botox this past week and I had such a GREAT experience I have already recommended Ideal Image (Specifically Ravi) to a few of my friends! She did such an Amazing job and made the experience super simple! The results are AMAZING already and I can’t wait to go back for more!! The girls did great, and it seemed like the manager/supervisor was actually trying to turn that office around for the better. Hopefully she does, trying to get an appointment is ridiculous especially when they cancel three of your appointments and then expect you to not make those up. These girls tried to put in an extension of my contract for me so hopefully i am able to make those appointments up.

Today was supposed to be my last treatment at Ideal Image; I drove 45 minutes in pouring rain and made it 20 minutes late. I signed a contract with them in October 2020, due to COVID-19 and personnel shortage they cancelled all my appointments for a year, schedule, cancel and reschedule for a year. As the client not many options are given, we are at the mercy of the provider and have to be flexible. I had to almost beg for my contract to be extended in order to complete my treatment, beg for them to provide a service that had already been paid in full. I don’t think I should point the obvious but, I wasn’t asking for a favor, I was asking they provided the service I paid for that wasn’t completed in the time stipulated in the contract due to their personnel shortage. The one time and the LAST time I’m scheduled for a treatment my appointment is cancelled because I’m 5 minutes past their 15-min policy -did I mention it was POURING?- When I purchased this treatment I was hoping for a great experience and as a result I was ready to LITERALLY purchase hair removal treatments for my entire body (except my head, eyebrows and lashes of course), needless to say I will be investing my resources elsewhere.

It was really good, although the procedure did have some discomfort. I was nervous, but Sam put me right at ease and she offered me a stress ball and a distraction device, which helped a LOT ! She also talked to me all the way through so I always knew what was going on. She gave me a count, also, so that I knew exactly how much was left with each section as she worked. My after-effects are also exactly as she described them, so nothing has been a surprise. I have followed her advice exactly and it has been helpful in my recovery. I am looking forward to amazing results soon !
