The Nursing Staff are great. My first appointment was in July and was a great experience. Today’s appointment was fine but much different from my first appointment. The treatment procedures were different. It would be nice to have the Nurse from my first appointment to continue to do my treatments, for consistency. Sorry I don’t remember her name. As a brand new client, I had the pleasure of working with Erica. I had never gotten Botox before and I was very excited and a tiny bit nervous. Erica and her mentor were not only friendly and warm, but very knowledgeable and competent. I felt comfortable and I was explained every step of the procedure.
