Very professional and laid back experience for my first laser hair removal treatment! The nurse I had made the entire experience very easy and comfortable and talked me through the entire process! Only 6 minutes past my appointment time and I was in and out within the hour. Any questions I had were answered by the knowledgable staff. They made sure to let me know what was required of me to make absolutely sure each visit goes just as perfectly as the first one did! Dont forget to confirm your appointments 24 or 48 hours before your appointment or it will get automatically cancelled.

I had three cool sculpting treatments completed, and I still have fat under my chin when I smile. It worked great for the sides but did nothing for this area. Instead of offering to do one more treatment free of charge because I am not satisfied they told me with my discount it would be $833 to do this again and I’m not spending any more than the $3000 I’ve already spent. This was a gift for myself, I don’t splurge on anything like this and found this experience extremely disappointing!
