Horrible service will never use again. There are so many other great service providers in the area that 1. Have availability 2. Actually allow online booking and answer the phone 3. Don’t require you to pay entire lump sums upfront 4. WORK. I was duped by this big box company but now have a much better experience with beauty services at other locally run businesses.

They get you signed up, and then it all changes. Need to make an appointment? You’ll have to wait 2-3 months. Need to reschedule? Good luck. The only way they let you get seen early is to add more treatment areas, and pay more money. This is a borderline scam. I’ve paid thousands and can never get an appointment.

The customer service is horrible. Once they have your money and a signed contract everything changes. I am switching locations to the one in Orange Park. I hope they know how to treat people with respect. The woman was so rude and nasty to me last Saturday to the point that I wanted to cancel all my services. I couldn’t because they said rudeness was not a good enough reason. They treat you completely different from the 1st day of consultation or new members compared to once you are under contract. I referred my friend and he said the exact same thing. He hates the employees there. The woman literally was screaming at me in an office full of clients. She was talking to me like I was a child. So disrespectful. Also read all the reviews about the financing. They will call you on the regular to get you to finance with their bank after you tell them no multiple times. Just google laser hair removal near me and find a different company to use. I regret signing that contract. So happy they have 2 locations because I refuse to go to that one in the town center EVER AGAIN. They also are a franchise so no where to file a complaint. They just do whatever they want and treat paying customers like trash. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I wouldn’t because they don’t even deserve that. Look elsewhere. So many other companies that know how to treat people with respect.

They cancel you the last minute and the next time they have availability is 3 months later. They do charge your card every month. So if we pay monthly you should provide the services we pay for, if you can’t fulfill them please don’t charge us until you can actually fulfill them. Would not recommend this business.

Stay away from this place !! Once you pay for treatment and they take your money they” ll treat you like you are their problem not their costumer . I initially started receiving treatment at the St Augustine FL location and had zero problems . Then I moved to Jacksonville Fl and requested for my file and future appointments to be transferred to the Jacksonville Location . WORST decision ever ! Let me start by saying how “Emily “ the lady I spoke with over the phone has Zero customer service skills and has a “Not my problem attitude “ . I had made an appointment for my treatment and they changed it to an earlier time the same day and I couldn’t attend . I called the Jacksonville location and had them reschedule for the following week and they did the same thing . I simply received a text saying that the time was changed for an earlier time . RIDICULOUS ! I called and then “Emily” who really needs to work on her costumer service skills said that I needed to speak to someone from the St Augustine location because whoever helped me set up the appointment at the Jacksonville location Made a mistake and scheduled me to be seen at the wrong location . She Never owned their mistake or apologized for it , never offered me a solution , or attempted to get me rescheduled, she did nothing ….not her problem ! I ended up having one of the managers call me and was able to get everything in order but the experience so far has been awful.

The Jacksonville location never answers the phone and does not return voicemails. They continually make clients wait for extended periods of time past their appointment time. Yesterday was the third time I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to leave without my treatment because they were so late for my appointment, and the next available appointment time is in February 2023! When I told the receptionist I had to reschedule because they were so late, she said, “well it was a long appointment anyway.” I let her know that is exactly why I cannot add an additional 30 + minutes past my appointment time waiting. She responded with, “well this is a medical office, things happen.” I called two times on my way home, which is 20 minutes each way, but they did not answer. I left a voicemail asking that a manager return my call. I have not yet received a call back. I then called the 800 number and clicked 2 for new clients and got the customer service. They advised that I could file a complaint at corporate headquarters and gave me a number. I have called that number 3 times and it just loops me back into the same 800 number queue. Today I googled how to make a complaint and got a corporate number provided by BBB. That number just rings and rings, then hangs up.
