Highly professional and I would recommend these services over and over again. I had been looking for an area for laser hair removal and happened to come across ideal image. They always have some amazing specials going on and I was lucky enough to get one for laser hair removal. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The results of the treatments have been amazing thus far and I haven’t even completed all treatments yet. Safe to say, I am one very happy customer.

Such amazing customer service and care. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful with welcoming me and scheduling next sessions to fit my busy schedule. My nurse was so patient and helped distract and encourage me throughout the laser procedure and my discomfort. By the end it wasn’t that uncomfortable/painful. The patient care was so great, I am really happy to be a patient here and hope this good service continues across their brand.

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with the entire process. First they schedule a call with me at a specific time saying “they assume” it’s okay to call me 10 minutes before that time which goes against the point of having a scheduled time to speak. So we rescheduled. They then send me another email asking what I want information on, which is information I had already provided and if more detail was needed they should have asked in their initial response to avoid back and forth. Then I receive a call 15 minutes after after the expected time and hear an automated message that I would hear if I had just randomly called the office which was very confusing. Then I received another call 25 minutes after the scheduled time asking if I was ready for my 30 minute consultation. I did not because it was in the middle of a busy work day.

Anyone wondering about their service and refund policy read this: No refund for service you cancel. All appointments require prepayment in which you won’t get it back even you don’t receive the service. It’s on their written contract and the they don’t disclose the information over a call nor in zoom consultation. When I’ve provided this feedback to one of the representatives over the call, she says I’m being aggressive and will transfer my call to supervisor. Go ahead, placing labels on clients and gaslighting situation to their own advantage is how they treat customers. How classy!

Awful service a lot of money spent to see zero result.this is a big scam please don’t fall for it. When treatment does not come right with no result what so ever they clean their hands by saying that different skins react differently with the treatment. The overall front desk is very nice and the worker are there to work but don’t fall for this big company’s scams. It was a terrible experience for me because I was so excited to see good results but nothing happened it’s just a waste of time and money. I hate you with all my gut for fooling people I don’t recommend this company for any one.

While my experience at Ideal Image-Gaithersburg was fine, I am overall dissatisfied with my laser hair removal treatments. Ever since getting my bikini area treated, I have noticed a significant increase in gray hairs and of course they are not being treated by the laser so, now I look like a 90 year old women “down there” when hair grows out. Totally making this $2K+ investment a big waste of money, time, and is more torture than anything else.
