Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk ensured my son’s safety while I did my appointment when I had an urgent need that I had to bring him with me. I always request to work with Diana. She is great and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. She walks you through what’s happening and she make sure your treatment is precise. Sad my treatments are coming to end; however, I am loving the results. No more waxing or plucking hair. Best decision ever!!!

Getting laser hair removal at Ideal Image was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. All the staff members at the Dr. Phillips location has really made me feel welcome and made the journey easy for me. Diana, in particular, is one of the most caring, loving, thorough providers I’ve ever had work on me. She really has a great eye for detail and gets into every nook and cranny making you know you will get the most optimal results possible. She’s always pleasant to chat with and definitely knows how to distract you while getting your laser done, making the process seamless. Not to mention, the results: it is mindblowing! Even after just one treatment, I noticed a 50% reduction in hair regrowth, disappearance of razor bumps, and a lot less breakouts. Now after finishing most of my treatments, I am proud to say, I never pick up a shaving razor again. I have been doing laser treatments at Ideal Image and the staff and everyone I meet for my treatments are so wonderful and caring and always making sure I’m comfortable and taken care of! I suffer from PCOS and my first treatment to my face made ALL of my confidence get restored! I just started treatments on my legs and after one treatment I saw tremendous results! After two months of hardly any hair growing, I finally had my second treatment and my legs feel awesome! Not to mention I had dark spots on my face that made me have low self esteem but with my treatments that cleared up as well! I’ve seen SUCH good results with laser hair removal here. I barely shave once a week and I’ve only done three treatments! It’s been so nice and the people there are incredible. My technician is always so helpful, informative, and will happily chat with me about what treatments would honestly benefit me most. My showers are so much faster, which has made me more of a morning person, too lol! I love it and can’t recommend it enough!

I do not recommend this place. They’re quick to take your money and they take on more patients then they can get scheduled. If you’re someone like me who struggles with availability due to your work schedule do not come here. They have limited availability for appointments outside of work hours and they’ll try to schedule you way out of your treatment plan. Definitely wish I would of gone somewhere else as there are so many other businesses that offer the same service. Do your research before you choose someone!
