This was my first time getting lip filler and I was a bit nervous. I went in for my appointment and was called back not even a minute later! The nurse practitioner who did my lips was Abby and she is AMAZING, I truly can’t say enough good things about her! We talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, the process, etc. I am someone who gets nervous about needles and she made is SUCH a comfortable experience for me!! Going out of her way to make sure I was going okay consistently throughout the entire experience…I am SO happy with my lips now. She gave me exactly what I asked for. This is 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding and she warned me about potential bruising and swelling and made sure I was okay with continuing. I really appreciated that she genuinely cared to ask me that. She was very gentle and the pain was very minimal, just a little pinch feeling with the needles but I got used to it quick. I knew of the risk factors but honestly it’s the next day, swelling is very minimal, very little non visible bruising on the inside of my lips, and very minimal soreness. I am so pleased with my experience! The staff is great, they post good promotions, GO DO IT! as long as you have realistic expectations of the process and your results I think you’ll be very satisfied with them 🙂

I went to my appointment on 12/10/22 thinking I was registered for my normal service plus my one free service I was awarded. When I arrived I was told the staff person at my last check out did not schedule my free service and it was now expired therefore I lose out. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor w no luck but was told they would email her. And I could check back in a few days if i wanted to. They would not log a call out to me when they heard back from the manager. I paid $2500 dollars to your company for laser hair removal, I would thunk you could stand by your staffs mistakes and make it right. Because of this, I am not sure I could recommend your company.

Terrible boxtox experience. After paying for another series, deciding I did not like first results and cancelling next appointment more than 30 days in advance. I am told they had to file a claim to review. I have a credit on my account paid early for an appointment I do not want. Just refund my $267 please.

A friend of mine set up a consult (over zoom) for laser hair removal, only for pricing quotes. Lady on the call said she needed her info to run a credit check for payment plan – she said okay let’s see what the payments are. They still ended up being too out of range, so she told the rep she’d have to talk to her partner about it and would let them know. Only to get a report from Experian a few days later saying “Bank of Missouri” took a $2000 credit account out using her name. Upon calling the bank, they stated this ISN’T UNCOMMON FOR THIS COMPANY AND SHE ISN’T THE FIRST PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. THEY TAKE YOUR INFO AND OPEN A LINE OF CREDIT WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE CUSTOMER. Everything is being handled thru identity theft and such, but take this as a warning for this company. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFO UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY PLAN TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES.

Becky, Taylor and Shannon are so incredibly amazing! Becky makes me laugh to the point of tears, gives very detailed information, and is very thorough. Taylor is very efficient and thorough so she doesn’t miss anything. Shannon promotes the company and nurses and ensures the clients have good experiences.
