When I came in, the receptionist was very friendly (they always are). I only waited about a minute. Chloe was my nurse/tech. She introduced herself and was very professional at all times. Before we began, she took “after” treatment photos (because I have had about 6 treatments). Some nurses are more thorough than others- Chloe was very thorough. She informed me the whole time. She slowed when I needed her to. She was fast and efficient. Afterwards she applied the cold aloe, as this was probably the most painful treatment so far I couldn’t wait for that aloe! She was empathetic and compassionate about that- she mentioned that even though the aloe is very cold, it probably feels warm when applying. I found her to be comforting and, especially these days when customer service anywhere can be a “doosey”, I find that Chloe and the staff at Ideal Image to provide excellent customer service. Because it’s a painful experience, if customer service suffered, I would be hesitant to go back or go back to that location. So, it is much appreciated.

With the Laser Hair Removal, I’ve noticed about 98% of my hair is now gone. All that remains are a few thin blonde hairs. My thick dark hairs are all gone! The staff are always so nice when I go in. Horrible experience with Ideal Image. This location was unprepared for my appointment. They could not complete my treatment and I had to return. Very inconsistent information about the treatment and follow up. I heard 3 different things from 3 different people. Customer service at the local, regional, and national level has been awful. My first treatment was almost a month ago and I have reached out many many times to get my concerns addressed and so far I have not received a response. Attempted to escalate the issue but no one has contacted me. For anyone considering Ideal Image, please be aware that there are significant issues with the company.

It was absolutely horrid. I received 7+ bad laser burns. This was my eighth treatment, so I’m no rookie to this kind a procedure. I could not contact my provider only their call center where I was transferred to a medical specialist, and she gave me advice what to do with your wounds.

Very disappointed with my service with ideal image. I paid over $7000 for them to tell me that my contract had already expired and they refused to laser my under arms even though that was included in one of my package and they extended my contract by one session. And then I have to pay even though it’s a lifetime guarantee why do I have to pay? very dissatisfied with ideal image. I feel that ideal image sells you on their product and they don’t tell you about their contract and they do not explain the lifetime guarantee. Even if you do have a lifetime guarantee and you need a touchup on an area you still have to pay why did I pay extra for the lifetime guarantee when I still have to pay extra when I go in to get a touchup done. I do not recommend going to ideal image. Ideal image is a scam, and all they want is your money, and they will rob you and not perform services on you
