I want to say that the staff is great. And that was a big reason why I prefer to go to ideal image for services. However, this past visit I was told that even though I have a membership my treatment price went up. Never an email or call to let me know. The staff made me aware that I was not the only customer that was upset. Membership should be honored until it expires. To raise the price on services at this time without notice and for members is not right for your customers. I will be letting my friends know that to join or go to ideal image on many platforms. Very dissatisfied.

I have always had an amazing experience here. I come here every 6 weeks to get full Brazilian laser removal. My sessions are super quick, literally like 30 min max and I am always made to feel very comfortable with all staff members that I have met. The pricing is pricing but it’s permanent hair removal so what can I say. The pleasnantness of the staff and the comforting environment definitely make up for it. If you are on the fence about coming here, don’t be. It’s a great location with great staff members that are here to help you reach your goals whatever they may be.
