This works great for a short time. Yes you did get smooth hairless skin for a while, but thr regrowth starts pretty quickly due to hormone changes and the lifelong membership leaves you with a chunk to pay for every touch up needed. So you pay how ever many thousands for the first like 10 sessions and then the touch ups are upwards of $50 per area which is not well explained prior to signing up. There are other locations that do free touch ups for life. Maybe check into those first.

I liked the place at first. It is immaculately clean, staff strives to make an impact, and the treatment has worked. However, the finance department needs improvement. During consultation I was told after paying full price for all my treatments, I would get free of charge life-time touch ups at any of their nation wide locations. This had a strong impact on my final decision to commit to their prices, and it hooked me right away. Few months later they denied this was ever said.

First let me start with the fact that Friday afternoon before my appointment I received a text canceling my filler appointment that was scheduled with my laser I was told the only girl that does the filler changed her schedule. So they told me to come at 3:30 pm instead of 2:30. I arrive at 3:20 and I stay waiting in the waiting room until 3:42 then once I’m in the room I’m told I have 3 areas being done which should of been 4 like it has always been for the past 7yrs that I have been going there. She leaves the room to talk with her manager about the 4th area (my legs) she comes back in the room at 3:55 to say that they cant do the 4th area because they leave at 4pm but I can talk to her manager on my way out, which by the way is by far one of the rudest people I have came across. She tells me she really doesn’t care that it was scheduled incorrectly and she didn’t care that I have been a customer for 7+ years and that I have to drive an hour to get there. I cant believe you have staff & management that thinks its ok to disrespect there clients that way.

My technician was great and though new, she described the process of everything from suggesting using sunblock to laser aftercare to adding an additional package. The gal in financing was great as always; she explained the discounts available to me, thoroughly explained the financing process, and answered all my questions. They even fit me in for an additional session on the same day! The reception is pleasant as always and the communication between employees there never ceases to amaze me. I’ve not once had a negative experience there and will continue to use them for my hair removal!

I have been going to this place for over 7 years. I had several separate packages done by them—armpits, chest, face, neck. I also did cool sculpting in their office that was absolutely useless waste of money with NO results. For the touch ups I mostly do hair and neck—nothing else, since I can’t justify paying $200 for the chest that has two hairs on it. They seem to never know how much to charge me for neck and face, and always ask what do I usually pay, but also, in the past, were able to look up my bill, that was previously $75 mind you—for YEARS! But I have NEVER, for at least 6.5 years after initial treatment was over, paid more than $100 for my full face including sideburns, checks, jawline, and neck. In fact, I showed the front desk person the card that they gave me at my previous appointment and the price was $160 for full face and neck AND full chest. It said right on the card. Today, I come in, I am told I have to pay $170 for just a face and neck. This is more than a double of my usual payment. The front desk shows me contract that was done before I got other areas done, more than 7 years ago. Btw when I did purchase other packages (armpits and chest) they told me my face and neck touch ups will be lower priced. So I paid $170 knowing I am not coming back here ever again. I got to my appointment and the nurse tells me, “well, it looks like we are not doing cheeks.” I told her, “well, aren’t cheeks part of the face?” This is beyond ridiculous. The nurse literally barely touched my face with laser, I get to my car and still see hair left on my neck, and I was surprised that it took her 2 min (not even kidding) to be done, so you just know she didn’t do everything thoroughly. Highly—highly NOT recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I kept going there because I spent over $10,000 on their packages, and didn’t want to start over.

Last year in September I applied to work here. I got a zoom interview and then an in person interview and I did email Lauren Moore(manager) a couple times following up and I never heard a thing. I just assumed I didn’t get the job, no big deal. I applied for a job that didn’t have the same title as it did before so I had no idea it was the same place. Lauren reached out within an hour and we planned two separate times to do a phone interview but guess who never followed through on those interviews? Lauren. I messaged her on indeed a few times to follow up but nothing again. She is rude! And seems to be a terrible manager. I’m leaving this review for anyone thinking about applying or working for her.
