I love how personable the techs are. They make great conversation and are always helpful and so nice. I have been dealing with HS since college. I was referred for this type of laser hair removal since it helps greatly with flare ups and scarring which is very common with HS. I have had several treatments here and I am very Impressed with my progress!

They have the worst customer service. Customer service should be as important as the service. I was rushed to prepay for services that once I got to the office the doctor declined me to get it do to a preexisting condition. I was harassed with multiple texts and emails to pay immediately and now that I have been denied, I am getting the runaround for a refund. It has been over a week since the doctor denied me and I have not received one phone call on my case. I have called every other day with no update other than a case has been opened. I have been denied to escalate and speak to someone hire up. The male receptionist hung up on me today. I would NOT recommend them based on their lack of and poor customer service. The only reason I did not go lower than two stars is the lady that did provide the service that I could get was very nice. Otherwise they get a ZERO go poor customer service. WHO HANGS UP ON A CUSTOMER THAT HAS PREPAID?

Staff at the office are great. Very friendly and professional. Sales team is generally too pushy, and one sold me something I was told I wouldn’t need just because she wanted the sale. I had to downgrade to something else once I got to my appointment (recommended) and now am having a hard time getting the difference put toward another procedure.

I signed up for a procedure on a Friday mid July 2022. I was told that same day I wouldn’t have an appointment until late August of 2022. I clearly stated that I was hoping to get something sooner and that I would cancel the appointment and no longer need the service. Well the following week I get a call from a man by the name of Craig, he began to harass me telling me that I was liable for cost and MUST pay immediately. I told him to send me a written notice and that I was not easily intimidated by threats. The man continued to yell at me, I had my phone on speaker and my daughter heard the whole one sided yelling by the Ideal Image employee.
