Ideal Image lied to me, took my money, and did not provide the service I was promised over multiple years. I had needed laser hair removal for a long time, and I came into some money from a family member so I decided to finally look into it. I move around a lot, so I was skeptical about whether I could make it work. However, I went to a consultation in the Newport News, VA Ideal Image a few years ago, and I was told that it’s okay if I move around and wouldn’t be able to make consistent appointments because my treatment sessions would be UNLIMITED, no matter how much time, how many sessions, or how many locations I need until the hair removal was complete. That is the ONLY reason I got it; otherwise I would’ve waited for a more stable part of my life. I have coarse, dark hair, and I chose bikini and underarms as I have to shave those constantly or it’s uncomfortable.

I had the 2nd phase of my UL Therapy completed today by Kathryn. I have had these procedures done before, but was still apprehensive. Kathryn was calming and extremely knowledgeable putting me totally at ease. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.
