Absolutely wonderful staff at this location. Even just stepping in the front door I was greeted by two friendly and professional staff members and checked me in seamlessly. The girls who did my treatment, Erin and Chelsea, were spectacular. I travel for work and have been to 5 different locations all over the USA, and Buffalo by far has been the best. They were so thorough with my treatment and listened to my concerns. I felt heard, understood, and was at ease with how friendly and accommodating they were. Thank you guys for such an excellent experience!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. I purchased over $1700 worth of services in advance during a sale and made it clear that I was driving from Canada and needed the services to be completed in one day. When I arrived after driving 3 hours I was told only part of the service had been booked, they couldn’t schedule me in and I would have to come back. On the day of the second appointment, after having cancelled all of my professional appointments they called to cancel. Upon driving for an hour for the newly re-scheduled appointment and again having canclled all of my professional appointments thereby losing income for a second day, Ideal Image called to yet again cancel my appointment. At that point I asked for a refund and they refused. The service was finally completed and the technicians were both good. While they have very good sales, you absolutely get what you pay for with Ideal Image. Never again. Also note that they have several complaints against them at the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

To no fault of their own, lip injections did not work out for me months ago. I was approved for them recently and got them today. The nurse (can’t remember her name) was so sweet and really examined me features to insure this was a successful visit. She was very informative of what she was doing, offered breaks and was very gentle. This location at least is definitely worth another visit.

I have been getting laser hair removal here and have had a very good experience. The facility is very clean and well run. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The nurse, Lauren, is very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

I’ve visited Ideal Image three times so far in the course of laser hair removal treatments, and have been very pleased with the results. The treatment folks are very professional and knowledgeable, and the team at Ideal Image doesn’t try to sell me things that don’t work for my needs, or that aren’t ideal for my situation. They’re happy to answer any questions I have and are very clear on what to expect. Should I have any aesthetic treatment needs in the future, I’ll be certain to check them out as one of my first stops.

I 1000% do not recommend Ideal Image for laser hair removal services. I have spent $3600 on four different areas for laser hair removal and NONE of these areas responded to the treatment. I have dark brown hair on all locations that were treated and the laser hair removal was COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE and I am left with the same amount of hair as before I dropped $3600 on these treatments. Ideal Image FALSELY advertises successful laser hair removal for all hair types in multiple areas on their website. Do not believe this inaccurate information/sales pitch on their website. Unless you have black, coarse hair, laser hair removal at Ideal Image will not work. I contacted Ideal Image in MARCH of 2022 to address these failed treatments to see what could be done, and after almost a year of an open case and at least 4 or 5 customer service reps ghosting me and failing to do their jobs, there has still been nothing done. Despite my numerous efforts to move this case forward, I am repeatedly ignored by Ideal Image’s customer service representatives. Ideal Image has stolen $3600 from me for failed laser hair removal treatments, despite their website advertising successful laser hair removal for all hair types. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am not sure how they get away with operating their business like this and fooling thousands of people into dropping thousands on a service that clearly does not work. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am extremely disappointed that Ideal Image has failed to resolve this matter after I have spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal services that were 100% ineffective in multiple areas.

This was my 2nd visit and it went a lot smoother than the 1st time. By no one’s fault but my own, I shaved the morning of instead of the day before. And the small fraction of time made a world of difference with pain management. The nurses/technicians are awesome, and very kind. They always make me feel relaxed and comfortable before hand.
