I’ve been getting laser hair removal since July. I love the treatment and results I’ve been getting. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Whenever I walk in they always offer water or some sort of refreshments. They check to see if the hair is growing back or not in the areas. I used to have to shave every other day before starting treatment, then after the first treatment, it went to almost a week or so without shaving and the hair grew back thinner. Now it’s more scarce than that, but I do have some patches of hair that grow faster than others after the first couple treatments. After a couple more, I’ve noticed that the hair doesn’t grow at all in certain areas even after going a few weeks without shaving. Every nurse I’ve had always ask how I am feeling during the treatment, if the treatment feels like it’s burning, or if I need a break every few laser shots. I do have a high pain tolerance and most of the time, it tickles because of the puff of air and makes me smile or giggle a lot. They are actually relieved at the fact that it tickles as opposed to feeling painful. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in getting laser hair removal. The staff is great and they make me feel super comfortable. I’m glad I chose them.

I go to the Braintree location for hair removal and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I’m always seen exactly at my appointment time and it goes by so quick. The last technician I was with was named David and he was the best. So nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and was so professional. I will never go anywhere and would recommend them to anyone seeking these type of services.
