The Google profile says this location opens at 9a. My appointment was at 8:50a. I called to let someone know I’d be about 10 minutes late, but the call didn’t go through because the voice message said the location wasn’t open yet. I get there at 9:05 & the staff member at the front desk said they open at 8a. So there is a disconnect somewhere. Anyway, I was thankful that I was still able to get my service. After the service with my provider Pam, who is great btw, I inquired about Cool Sculpting with the front desk staff. When I first started coming to this location 5+ years ago they had a designated staff member who would take you into a private room to discuss your service & financing options. This is no longer the case. The front desk staff now provides this information and she was not well versed in the service or membership information either. Plus her other responsibilities to arriving & checking out guests really interfered with our conversation. Every time I come into this location there is new staff. Turnover is high & quality of service is down.

The technician was very nice and pleasant. Which is a large improvement from the technician I had my two prior visit. This is my second time getting the treatment because I saw no difference after the first. I will not be going back if this one does not work. Experience is not pleasant at all way to cold and discomforting to go through to end up with no results.

I usually go to Towson but I had to go to Arundel Mills because I missed my appointment. My new tech was amazing, She listed to everything that I had to say, got straight to the point, was professional and approachable. She made me feel comfortable. I definitely will use them for my back up in the future, it was just pretty far. Also, they took me when I ran late because I did not know how to get into the building. Great staff!

I started here in April to treat a skin condition. Everyone has been great! I am in and out of my appointment quick and I have seen results in just 3 sessions! I always schedule my next session prior to leaving and have never had an issue.

It’s been 3 years since my time being there, and I still remember every bit of it. They were nice in the beginning getting me to sign the contract, but once I was going to do the procedure, I remember the tech was so rude and aggressive. I did this November of 2019, I left MD in January. Because I left, I didn’t expect such a horrible reaction to this. The photo on the right was taken right after my procedure, the photo on the left was January 2020. It’s stayed swollen, and there’s times I literally cry from so much regret doing this. When I desperately called for any type of advice or any information from this horrible reaction, the person who answered was so rude, and I remember them saying “well you’re in a different country now, so we can’t do anything about it” —clearly. I just wanted some type of advice or anything, and I was polite the whole phone call, but it went no where & it was absolute TRASH. $675 for ONE session, only to make me have the lowest self esteem, more damage done, I have regret it every single day. I’m moving back to MD soon, and I wish something could be done about this, but highest bet nothing could be done. If you end up doing this, please do all the research in the world. I would never wish this for anything.

Make sure you scroll down to read the reviews before locking into expensive contracts with them. After the last couple of years of not being able to get appointments with scheduling 3-6 months out, then even showing up for an appointment and not having a provider able to do the treatment, I never left any type of negative review.

-0. Worst PLACE ever. I come in for my appointment on time for them to tell me it’s been cancel yesterday, I told them I confirmed my appt so why would they cancel they told me someone scheduled me on a Lunch, and she told me there’s nothing she can do about it and tried to offer me 6-7 weeks out appointment. All they do is cancel your appointments the day before or the day of without letting you know. I came to them for help with my ingrown hairs but everytime I schedule an appointment with them they cancel. I’m never going to be able to actually finish my treatment because they always cancel and then tell me they don’t have anything available until months later. Are you kidding me? So do you see how my treatment never gets complete because I’m supposed to come every 6-8 weeks but they cancel EVERYTIME! I just can’t no more I WANT A REFUND. NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE ! I made a complaint before about this same thing and the customer service offered me extended contract because they even know my treatments should technically have been done but it’s not because they keep scheduling. Now I accepted the extended contract but here we go again, I show up to my appointment just for them to say my appt is canceled ! I WANT A REFUND. The lady at the front desk the caucasian lady with black hair I didn’t get her name because she was so rude, Had the nerve to come outside and smoke a cigarette, it’s ridiculous DONT COME HERE, atleast to this location.
