I reqested a free consultation on line. Within minutes, someone got back with me. I then set up a zoom meeting and had all of my questions answered before the end of the day. Did I mention that it was a Sunday! All of the staff that I encountered either by email or virtually were very pleasant and helpful and I did not even go in yet! Great customer service and no pressure or attitudes if you don’t committ immediately. However because I did not make an appointment I did lose out on the $25 discount. Bummer. I think I will regret that.

I like ideal image they friendly and professional the negative side is the Allen park location is not easy to find specially at night no lights no signs nothing good luck finding them the inside when you walk in it is very cold and sad gave you the impression you walking into a hospital for the service I did laser hair removal it’s painful my eyes will shedding tear’s automatically soooooo painful with nothing to cool the area before hit it with laser definitely won’t do sensitive parts I also did cool tone for stomach area and I think it wast of time it’s only one time because I get free one session for my membership they need to be more flexible and offer something actually can be useful
