I have been looking for the perfect place to try cool sculpting and Botox. After tirelessly searching online and calling around to find the perfect place, I finally hit the jackpot. I immediately knew I found the right place when I had the pleasure of speaking to a kind and patient woman at the front desk named Taylor. She was so easy-going while I was asking a ton of questions and she made the process so simple when booking. Taylor was very welcoming as I entered the lobby and I was checked in immediately. Francesca (I apologize if I misspelled the name) did an AMAZING job on my lip filler. She paid so much attention to detail and took her time, which is greatly appreciated. I’ve been told she’s the best so I was not disappointed! Will definitely be back to see her for Botox and my next lip touch up!

Nurses at the Albany location are great, however I had an appointment yesterday that was cancelled last minute due to the nurse being sick. No big deal, illnesses are spreading like crazy and I get it, except that I paid for a contract for 16 months and you can go every 6 weeks and I always schedule 2 appointments out every 6 weeks(the minimum you have to wait between treatments). They have NOTHING available before my next appointment so therefore I am missing out on an entire treatment during my 16 month contract and will do nothing about it such as add the treatment I missed to the end of my contract.

I began my laser journey in august, with the instructions that every 6 weeks is ideal. I have not once been able to make that happen because they are so overbooked. I’ve been cancelled on 3 times now, one the day of. Which if I had cancelled the day of I would have gotten charged, where’s my $50 for them cancelling on me last minute? I finally was able to book just after 6 weeks. And I get a call 1.5 weeks before that they need to reschedule due to no providers available, so now my appointment is pushed back 13.5 weeks!!! And it was constant phone tag trying to reschedule with this location, to where I just called corporate. Over double what it was. Meanwhile, I get unlimited appointments for 18 months, so I am missing on a whole appointment due to this. Their consults get commission for signing up new clients, so they couldn’t care any less that the facility is so extremely overbooked. At this rate I would need my membership extended another 6 months to make up for all the cancellations im sure I’m going to get in the future as well. Please find elsewhere if you want to actually get lasered on the appropriate schedule, don’t let them pressure you into it during a phone call.
