Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI very rarely get my hair cut professionally… it had been over four years of me hacking away at it myself, dyeing it, bleaching it, not brushing it for days… it was a mess, and I fortuitously parked in front of Ideal Hair Salon while running errands. I thought “why not?” and made an appointment with Lori.Without knowing my personality, I let her have a go at whatever she thought would look good on me. She did a great cut that is manageable for me, but also is fun, bold, and sexy! I have played around with it and it looks amazing whether I do nothing to it or do the whole product-blowdry-roundbrush routine.I so so so appreciate the work she did, especially since it must be harder for her since she isn’t drying hair cuz covid (which I also appreciate – she and the receptionist were very respectful of covid safety). Lori herself is personable, fun, and very communicative. I highly recommend and I definitely won’t wait years now that I found a great stylist!
