Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get a brow wax today (first time here). I explained to the lady I just needed a cleanup. After she was done I looked in the mirror and half my right eyebrow was completely waxed off. I couldn’t believe it and was completely shocked, when I confronted her about having only a half of an eyebrow she let me know she’s been doing this for 25 years and I came in with half an eyebrow. I walked up to the front still speaking to the lady about what a horrible job she did and she told me she wasn’t going to charge me so she knew she was asked off half my eyebrow or she would’ve asked to be paid. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years. There is no place better to get your eyebrows done. The team is super friendly, they do great eyebrows and for a reasonable price. They always meet you with a smile on their face and ask how you’re doing. That’s great service you don’t typically get anymore which is why I keep coming back.

I love this place, I have been looking for a good place to do my eyebrow threading and I finally found my place! IDEAL BROWS is the best place to go. I have come several times and she never disappoints me. Farzana is alway very nice and she listens to every detail when I tell her how I want my eyebrows and she always gets it right! I never have to wait in long lines and the prices are unbeatable. This is the BEST place. Thank you Farzana for my beautiful eyebrows! I’ll be back next week!
