Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve had 3 massages here, each with a different masseuse, and my experience has always been positive! Every masseuse so far has been professional & personable, my massages have always taken care of the problem areas I need addressed. As far as communication goes, I’ve been contacted directly by text when rescheduling is necessary (once due to weather, once due to COVID) and receive reminder texts. The facility is easy to find and the rooms are clean & peaceful. Every masseuse so far has been professional & personable, my massages have always taken care of the problem areas I need addressed. And he even recommended exercises and heat therapy to assist me at home. His skill and communication were outstanding! He knows his stuff! You will not regret giving Rafael a try! I am here on vacation, and my.son surprised me with a massage with Rafael! I cannot believe how much Rafael assisted me with my problem areas. Very professional met us right at the door and were very in tune with our specific needs. They made us so comfortable, and the massages were amazing! We had our first couples massage and it was great! The location was pretty easily found and it was nice and private. Very professional met us right at the door and were very in tune with our specific needs. They made us so comfortable, and the massages were amazing! I may have heard my husband snore at one point (which I was hoping wouldn’t happen lol) but overall just great experience and I would highly recommend!
